Dream it.
It all begins with an idea. The 1957 Otto House, named after the original property owner, was a complete restoration and renovation. With the existing structure of the house fully restored, our team used the Otto House to showcase our reduced construction waste while still cultivating an immaculate product.
Build it.
It all begins with an idea. The Devonshire Estate sits on 4 acres of land, with a simplistic, open concept design. The original foundation was maintained on this project, allowing our client to maximize on the current structure. Through custom design, detailed construction and fine finishings, we created the owners dream home.
Baijiu Cocktail Bar
This restaurant tenant improvement was executed in a heritage building that was created in 1911. Working with CK Design, we were able to incorporate many heritage features into the build, to create one of Edmonton’s most iconic spaces to date.
1500 Hornby St. Condo Renovation
With a short timeline of 30 days, this masterpiece was created with no compromise to craftsmanship. The galley kitchen was opened with the installation of new cabinetry, countertops, lighting and appliances. The full-wrap 2’x 4’ tile bathrooms include heated floors, backlit mirrors and beautiful fixtures throughout. The list goes on!
South Surrey Renovation
This project was done in stages, inclusive of a 2-bathroom renovation, new flooring throughout the spice kitchen and laundry room, a complete makeover of the speakeasy-style cigar room hidden behind a bookcase, full glass partition for the cinema room, installation of a basement wet bar and new cabinetry throughout. A definite show-stopper.
